Anita Weaver - Zach and I do not know her and she lives in St. George, Utah and Maui, Hawaii. Therefore, we also don’t find her relevant to this situation. Also, we have never seen any of these people be present for our mom’s psychotic breaks in the last 25 years. It has always been our father, Zachary, myself and my husband that have always been present. Also, Zach’s girlfriend has also been witness to our mom’s unusual behaviors. These are the things we would like to be able to help with if appointed: -Remote oversight with creditors and ability to make sure bills are taken care of. -Discussions with trust advisors on her behalf to see how things are going (we have no intention of taking her trust from her - let’s make that abundantly clear). -Discussions with medical facilities if she is being treated for mental health concerns and access to medical records. These are non-negotiable: -We cannot be required to have daily interaction/association with our mom as she does not want that. -We cannot be required to live with her (or even live in the same state) and force her to take her medications We do not want to take away her freedoms and just want very mild oversight if possible and if situations get worse to be able to help.
