Is Tesla supposed to provide us with this form when we purchased the vehicle? We purchased in Sept. 2022. I am looking in our documents and I do not see this form. May you please advise if we are eligible since the vehicle was purchased in 2022 and if this form should have been provided when we purchased the vehicle?
