4. User Contributions

The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, (“User Contributions”). By making any User Contributions available through the Services, you grant to ZeroTax.ai a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use in any manner such User Contributions in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and ZeroTax.ai’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

5. Proprietary Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by ZeroTax.ai, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Use of Service

By using the ZeroTax.ai service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• You understand that the answers provided by our service are not a substitute for professional tax advice and should not be used for making any financial or legal decisions.
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting questions to the service.
• You understand that any misuse of the service, including but not limited to submitting false or fraudulent information, will result in the termination of your use of the service.
• You understand that when you submit a tax question, a web page on ZeroTax.ai will be created to display the question and answer.

7. Payment

The ZeroTax.ai tax question answering service is available for free. If you’d like to have one of our tax professionals review the answer, a $50 fee per question applies, with your first question being free. Payment is made through the payment method provided on the website inside of our chatbot.

8. Refunds

At ZeroTax.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are not satisfied with the answer you received from our tax professionals, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your answer and we will be happy to provide a full refund or credit for your question. Our goal is to provide you with accurate and reliable tax answers, and we strive to make sure that every customer is satisfied with our service. If you have any issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZeroTax.ai and its employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. ZeroTax.ai shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the answers provided by the service. In the event that any damages are incurred, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid by you for the use of our service.

10. Data Usage

When someone submits a tax question, we will create a web page on ZeroTax.ai listing the question and answer. We may use the data and statistics obtained from your use of the Service to improve and enhance the Service. However, we will not share or sell any of your personal or identifiable information.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

ZeroTax.ai reserves the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes to the terms of service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
